These Terms govern purchases made through the Kinderly online store.

Kinderly is operated by Peak Bloom trading as Kinderly, formerly known as Kinderly Kids.

Products and pricing

Products, availability, descriptions and prices may change from time to time.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.

We take reasonable care to ensure product information is accurate. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screens, photography, manufacturing variations or product updates.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods.

We reserve the right, where lawful, to decline or cancel an order due to circumstances including stock unavailability, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to fulfil the transaction.

Where we've received payment but cannot fulfil an order, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Payment

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Online payments are processed using our designated payment provider, including Yoco where offered.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated standard delivery is 5–12 business days.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African law.

Product use and safety

Customers must follow any instructions, warnings, age recommendations and safety information supplied with a product.

Children's products should be used with appropriate adult supervision where required.

Intellectual property

Kinderly branding, original website copy, graphics and other proprietary content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kinderly will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
